Hands-on AI training for your team, built around their everyday work
Hands-on workshops on Claude, ChatGPT and Obsidian for your team, and a working session with your leadership on where AI pays off. In person in the Sacramento region or on Zoom.

Why train your team
Your team has probably tried ChatGPT or Claude. It helps with emails, but nothing in how the business runs has changed. Training closes that gap.
Access isn't the hard part
For about $20 a month, anyone on your team can use an assistant that drafts, summarizes and researches. Knowing what to hand it is the hard part.
Skip the trial and error
I use AI every day in my own work, and since 2024 I've built three apps of my own with it. Your team learns what works, on the tasks they actually do.
Everyone on the same page
When a few people use AI and the rest don't, the business doesn't change. A shared workshop gives your team the same habits, the same prompts and the same rules.
Clear rules for your data
Without a policy, staff paste client information into free AI tools. I help you set simple rules for what can and can't go in.
That's what AI training for business is for. Your staff leave confident, not just compliant, and know what to hand to AI and what to keep for themselves.
AI training workshops for your team
Hands-on workshops built around your team's real work, not generic demos.
What the workshop covers
Using Claude and ChatGPT to draft, summarize and research, on the tasks your team does every week.
Writing better prompts, so the answers are useful the first time.
Obsidian, for organizing your notes and documents so AI can use them.
Simple rules for what staff can and can't paste into AI tools.
What you get
A custom prompt library for your business, so the prompts that work keep working after the workshop.
A follow-up summary with reference training material, so nobody has to remember everything from the day.
Every workshop is a live session of AI training for employees. I run it for your team, in person in the Sacramento region or on Zoom. Pick the length that fits.
3-hour workshop
$300 per attendee
5 to 20 attendees, at least $1,500
- Covers Claude, ChatGPT and Obsidian
- Run in 1.5-hour blocks with breaks
- In person or on Zoom
- Includes your custom prompt library and a follow-up summary
6-hour workshop
$500 per attendee
5 to 20 attendees, at least $2,500
- The same topics, with more hands-on practice on your work
- Run in 1.5-hour blocks with breaks
- In person or on Zoom
- Includes your custom prompt library and a follow-up summary
Here's what that can look like for people on your team. These are examples, not results from past clients.
For example
An office manager
They could turn a pile of meeting notes into a clear task list.
For example
A law firm's executive assistant
They could turn a partner's rough bullet points into a polished internal memo or staff announcement.
For example
A bookkeeper at an accounting firm
They could turn scattered notes on how the office runs into one clear process guide for the team.
For example
An HR manager
They could turn the firm's policies into plain-language answers to the questions staff ask most.
For example
An agent at a real estate brokerage
They could draft a listing description from their own notes, then edit it before it goes out.
AI training for executives: a working session on where AI pays off
Before your team learns the tools, your leadership should agree on where AI is worth it. This half-day working session gets you there.
What we work through together
Where your business is today with AI.
What actually drives your business's value.
The most valuable places for AI and automation, and the places to leave alone.

What you get

Why me
I've spent 28 years building business software. Since 2024, I've built three apps of my own with AI.
At Reorg, I set up onboarding so new developers were submitting work within their first two-week sprint. I also led Reorg's first centralized developer documentation.
At Sacramento State, I mentored student and junior developers in the business, the code and how to work.
I'm based in the Sacramento region, and I'm happy to train your team in person.
