Three kinds of chatbot

AI usage costs are billed by the provider directly to you, and I give you an estimated monthly range before launch. The support plan is optional, at $300 a month.

The Review may tell you that you don't need AI for a problem. That's a valid result.

You get a fixed price after the Review, before any work starts
- Process mapping: I document how the work is done today, find the steps that cost the most, and measure the baseline
- Design, build, test and launch, with hard limits on what the AI can do and a person checking where it matters
- Milestones about every 30 days, each with a written pass/fail check
- 30 days of monitoring after launch
- Written documentation and training for the person who will own it

The same terms apply to every chatbot and automation project.
Fixed scope, fixed price, paid by milestone. You don't pay for a milestone until it passes the check we agreed on.
You own the code, the accounts and the data.
It runs in your own accounts, in your name. You pay the AI providers directly, and I give you an estimated monthly range for AI usage before launch.
Paid by Stripe invoice. No payments through the website.
No hourly billing. You know the price before we start, and new ideas go on a list for the next phase so the current project doesn't grow.
An optional support plan for $300 a month keeps a delivered system working: fixes, updates when an AI provider changes something, and monitoring. New features are scoped and priced separately.
